• Register Operations: Process 300+ customer transactions daily using POS terminals while maintaining an accuracy rate above 99.5 percent.
• Inventory Merchandising: Stock 45 cases of freight per hour across assigned store aisles following visual planogram standards.
• Customer Assistance: Resolve customer inquiries and process returns within a 2-minute service window at the front counter.
• Loss Prevention: Monitor store zones and utilize EAS security tags to reduce shrinkage by 1.5 percent quarterly.
